Shruti guides with personal experience and empathy. I was an incoming Oxford MBA and was applying to the coveted Laidlaw scholarship. She not only helped me share my story impact-fully but also guided me to negotiate a much-needed stipend as part of the scholarship.

Getting Shruti's inputs on my application was truly eye-opening. I can't express how grateful I am for her guidance throughout this process. Her attention to detail is simply phenomenal - she has a sixth sense for what the Adcom is looking for. What really struck me was Shruti's ability to view my application from multiple angles. She pointed out how certain parts of my application could be perceived differently, and showed me how crucial it is to carefully craft every aspect of the application.

I loved Shruti's candor, resourcefulness, and agility. She took great effort in understanding my profile and laying out a practical plan for business school preparation. I was struck by her ability to ask the right questions to unravel the gaps in my logic, and do that with a kindness and compassion that's rare to come by. I'd definitely recommend her to people looking for unfiltered yet compassionate guidance!
