Yes. Your work is private to your account and encrypted. We never share it with schools or other users, and we never sell it. Our team only accesses your account when you ask for help, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it. You'll find the details in our Privacy policy and on our Security page.

No. The AI providers we use are contractually barred from training on your data, and we don't train AI models on it either. We may use anonymized, aggregated insights, with nothing that identifies you, to make MBA Copilot better.

Yes, anytime, and you can do it yourself from Settings → Privacy & data. Your account closes right away, and everything in it is permanently deleted after 30 days. Until then, you can restore it in one click. You can also download a copy of your data from the same page.

MBA Copilot launches in early 2027. Early access starts in early December and is free for a small group of applicants. We're inviting people in batches, starting with those applying for 2028 entry who are keen to share feedback, and we'll work closely with you to help you get the most out of it. Everyone on the list will hear from us before launch.

Ideally four to six months before your first deadline, but it's never too late. Once you've chosen your schools and rounds, MBA Copilot knows how much time you have. If time is short, it puts the most important work first, tells you how many hours a week to plan for and helps you move quickly. Wherever you start, it takes you all the way to your interviews.

Nothing. If you have a resume, it makes a good starting point, but MBA Copilot can also start from scratch, asking you a few questions and building your profile from there. You don't need a GMAT or GRE score yet.

It works with whatever time you have. MBA Copilot plans your work around your deadlines, so even a few hours a week keep your application moving. Ideally, set aside four to five hours a week. The more time you give it, the deeper and more personal your application becomes.

MBA Copilot doesn't do test prep, but it keeps your test date in mind when it suggests your rounds. Its calendar is built around the whole application process, keeping your deadlines and the work for each step in one place.
